Refund policy

Our policy for returns and exchanges allows for 14 calendar days after the product is delivered to the customer post-delivery and we only offer Exchange of equal value and Store Credit.

IMPORTANT: You must contact us before sending back products to us. We will NOT accept any returns if you haven't contacted us first at support@swati.com with your order number to check eligibility.

Return and Exchange Eligibility:

  • Store Credit eligibility requires the product to be in its original packaging, unused, and unopened to ensure hygiene and customer protection.

  • No returns or exchanges are provided for products purchased during a sale, discounted prices, or discount codes used.

  • Only products purchased directly from our official website www.swati.com are eligible.

  • Products bought from an authorized retail/reseller store should not be returned to the SWATI website. Please contact the reseller.

  • Outbound shipping costs for returned orders are deducted from the Store Credit.

  • For all packages that are not redeemed, We reserve the right to charge you as a customer 350 SEK, plus an additional 20 SEK per product, which will be applied, and in the case, the order amount is less than the handling charges then no Store Credit will be issued.

  • We only offer Store Credit. We do not provide Cash refunds.

Please note: Your package remains for 7-14 days (depending on the country) from the time SMS or Email notification is sent to you. After 7-14 days, your order will be sent back to our warehouse. For any further questions or concerns, please contact us at support@swati.com.

How to Return a Product (Post Delivery)

  • To initiate a return, contact customer support at support@swati.com only eligible for Store Credit

  • Returned products must be sent using recommended mail or a trackable package for secure delivery and should reach us within 14 days of the product being received by the customer.

  • Here are the detailed instructions on how to download your return label:

    1. Open your email: Start by opening the email account that you used when placing your order. This is where you will find the order confirmation email.
    2. Find the order confirmation email: Look for the order confirmation email in your inbox. This email was sent when you placed your order. It's usually from the company or website where you made your purchase, and it should mention your order in the subject line. If you can't find the email, check your spam or junk folder just in case.
    3. Open the order confirmation email: Once you find the email, open it. Inside, you'll find all the details related to your order, including a link to view your order.
    4. Click on 'View Your Order': In the email, find and click on the 'View Your Order' button. This should take you to a webpage showing your order details.
    5. Scroll to the 'Return Label' section: On this page, scroll down until you find a section labelled 'Return Label For Your Order'.
    6. Download the return label: In this section, there should be a button labelled 'Download Return Form'. Click this button. Your return label should begin downloading immediately.
    7. Check your downloads folder: The return label should be downloaded to your default download location (usually your 'Downloads' folder). Check this location to ensure the label is downloaded successfully.
    8. Print the return label
  • You are responsible for covering the shipping expenses for the return. SWATI is not responsible for any lost items during the return shipping process.

  • A handling and restocking cost of 100 SEK, plus 20 SEK per product and will be charged and in the case, the order amount is less than the handling charges then no Store Credit will be issued.

  • If a Store Credit is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount.

  • To be eligible for a Store Credit, the product must remain in its original packaging, unused, and unopened with no damage conditions.  

Not Eligible for Returns

The following products are not eligible for returns:

  • Products purchased during a sales campaign, discounted price or bought with a discount code are considered "final sales"

  • The product that has been opened or used due to hygienic reasons.

  • Damaged returned products upon inspection of your receivable return. Please ensure to pack properly and send with the tracked shipping method. 

Complaints Timelines

  • If you face any issues with your order (e.g. missing/mismatched units, damaged, quality, or wrong product), raise a complaint within 48 hours, kindly contact customer support at support@swati.com

  • Contact our customer support via email, providing respective images to support your complaint.

  • We only offer replacements or Store Credit as resolutions for only valid complaints.

Lost or Undelivered Package Timelines

  • If the package is delivered by the delivery partner's official website, it is considered as delivered as per courier policies.

  • For stolen or lost packages, wait for 30 days after shipment from our warehouse before taking action below actions.

  • Filing a police report is necessary for lost or stolen packages to ensure honesty and our insurance claims.

  • After providing the police report, we will issue a Store Credit of equal value only. 

How can I cancel the Order/Edit Order?

To cancel or edit your order, please contact our customer support at support@swati.com immediately. However, please note the following:

  • Cancellation: If your order has already been processed and packed, cancellation is not possible.

  • Edit Order: If you choose to edit your order details (such as Address, Name, Number, or Email ID) before shipping make sure you reach support@swati.com, and if an order has already been processed and packed, editing is not possible.

  • The product can't be exchanged once the order is placed.

What is the validity of the Store Credit?

It is valid for 3 months and can be redeemed for any products/promotions on Swati.com.

Why my Store Credit is in SEK?

We only issue store credits in our base currency which is SEK. All store credit values are calculated based on the original order conversion value.
