Right of withdrawal

At SWATI, your peace of mind matters to us. Changed your mind? No problem, and no need to explain why. You have a full 14 days to withdraw from your order.
Your 14 days
Your window starts the day you (or someone you've named) receive the last item in your order.
Letting us know
Just pop us a quick message before your 14 days are up. You can tap the "Withdraw from your contract here" button in your order confirmation, email our friendly Customer Success Team at support@swati.com, or simply log in and click "Withdraw from contract" in your customer account. Whichever feels easiest for you.
Your refund
Once you've withdrawn in time, we'll pop everything you paid back to you as store credit, including standard delivery, within 14 days of hearing from you. No fees, ever. (If you chose a delivery option pricier than our cheapest standard one, that little extra isn't included.) We may wait to issue it until your items are back with us, or until you've shown us they're on their way.
Sending your items back
Please send everything back to us within 14 days of letting us know, and posting them before the 14 days are up is enough. We just ask that items are unused, in their original packaging with all hygiene seals intact, and ideally sent with a trackable service. Return shipping is on you, and you're only responsible for any drop in value if items have been handled beyond what's needed to check them.
A little note on what's not covered
For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal doesn't apply to sealed items once they've been opened (including contact lenses with a broken seal), or to anything we've made or personalised especially for you.
