The Swedish brand for soft, coloured contact lenses SWATI Cosmetics has initiated a collaboration with cosmetics retailer Sephora Scandinavia, which includes the markets in Sweden and Denmark.
SWATI Cosmetics is currently Sephora’s only lens brand. Other than on the Swedish and Danish websites, its range of coloured contact lenses of different strengths will also be sold in Sephora’s selected stores in Sweden and Denmark.
Since the original launch, SWATI Cosmetics has been incredibly popular among Scandinavian influencers, bloggers and makeup artists. By making the brand a part of Sephora’s extensive product range, it will now be even more easily accessible for its customers, fans and followers.
SWATI Cosmetics was founded by prominent celebrity makeup artist and influencer Swati Verma from India and her serial entrepreneur fiancée Vishal Nanda from Sweden. After intensive investments in terms of research and development, the company now manufacture and sell soft, coloured contact lenses of premium quality and highest safety standards from their factories in South Korea. Its offer includes monthly and six months lenses in a variety of natural-looking shades and strengths, as well as accessories.
“It feels like a dream to us to be sold at Sephora, especially since SWATI Cosmetics has only existed for two years. For me as a makeup artist, this is a shop where I could easily purchase all my equipment”, says co-founder and owner Swati Verma.
Sephora is a multinational chain for beauty and personal care. It was established in 1970 and now has its headquarters located in Paris. The company is owned by luxury conglomerate LVMH since 1997. It has more than 2,500 stores in over 30 countries worldwide, featuring approximately 3,000 brands, including a private label.
